Most drugs are absorbed into the blood and then travel to their site of action. Ive had it too and tinnotus. I don’t believe it will ever leave me.
Do you think it’s okay to take Cinnarizine (Stugeron) with Bisoprolol or having afib?

Warfarin is a blood thinner .There is no harm in taking it along with travel sickness medications.
I take Betahistine (Serc) once a day but for acute episodes like today I always take a stugeron for the awful nausea.
I also got a nasal spray nasabec aqueous to use 2x each nostril x3 a day again to half when I feel improvement. I get this from time to time ever since getting viral labrynthitis about four years ago. Safety in traffic and while operating machines is impaired particularly at the beginning of cinnarizine treatment. I developed tinnitus and labrynthitis over the past few weeks......not helped by nurse telling me it was wax! The disparity of signal processing between inner ear motion receptors and the visual senses is abolished, so that the confusion of brain whether the individual is moving or standing is reduced. The regression equation for this relationship was: dosage at start of therapy (mg/week) = 58.0 - 0.43 age at start of therapy.

If thyroid of wack it can affect heart and other cells/organs in the body. Change in absorption. I don’t take BISOPROLOL but do get AFib and suffer from Labrythitus. Coenzyme Q-10 might help the blood clot.
