I asked her why she wrote me a prescription for the Yasmin then, and interpreted her answer as, “the side effects you are having are all in your head.”I’m feeling fairly worried about starting the Yasmin. Buspirone is used to treat certain anxiety disorders or to relieve the symptoms of anxiety. Three years later I’ve been able to go off the SSRI while remaining on Sprintec with no noticeable difference in anxiety. My gyno told me to wait a longer than 3 months and if I still felt crappy to go back to her.

Now that I'm back on it, my face and back have definitely cleared up.I was on Lutera (lowest dose combo bill) from 15-19 and my skin was fine. Treatment measures will address depression and anxiety, and the family situation will be considered.
