In my opinion, it's good enough to take a general multivitamin that contains at least all of the above but you'll get a lot more mileage out of eating foods that are nutrient rich; that is to say, eat healthy and your meds will work better! For example, I love the taste of strawberries but can't actually eat a strawberry and enjoy it because the consistency of it in my mouth grosses me out.So now my diet basically consists of the following:Mon-Saturday = a ~30g protein shake for breakfast (some days I will also eat oatmeal with that), a chicken caesar salad (with canned chicken, newman's own creamy caesar dressing, croutons, goat cheese, shredded asiago and parmesan cheeses, and bacon bits...~60g of protein) + a 30g protein shake for lunch (I go to the gym on my lunch break 3 to 4 days a week, so this is why I add the protein shake for lunch.
I doubt this is purely a coincidence because I never get more than 6-7 hours.
