Not really: the steroid in advair diskus (salmeterol and fluticasone) is measured in micrograms, minimally absorbed, and wouldn't cause fluid retention unless administered in mega doses, which isn't the case 4 If they can't figure out what is wrong with you, or they claim you're just fat and there's nothing wrong with you, please make sure they checked you for a "protein losing enteropathy."
