I Made It I added a small jar of homemade strawberry-rhubarb jam and 3 tablespoons of vanilla extract - totally fantastic. I also add about a half teaspoon of vanilla. I froze it in small glass jars to serve individually (keeps the kids from leaving the tub of it on the counter to melt).
