During the day, I find myself snacking when I know I'm not really hungry, and at night I eat a full plate of food and could easily eat another. I went to the Dr today, he moved my dose to 1mg, I pray this will help me.
!After 18 with RLS, I visited a doctor and got a formal diagnosis and medication.
This can become VERY frustrating if I feel the RLS becoming active and I haven't taken my medication yet. Once RLS starts I am screwed in to a night of living hell. I tried drinking quinine water until that was banned, it helped some but not much. Hope this helps someone !! My father suffered (I am sure) with RLS undiagnosed and was prescribed sedatives. This drug triggers nerve impulses in the brain that are responsible for distributing excessive body movement. Requip is no longer helping me as it was. “When needed” is a tough decision because, from what I’ve read, the drug could take up to 3 hours to kick in. Thank you!!
It only gets worse. Available for Android and iOS devices. I have been on Requip for 15 years.
For allowing me to share!!! She was taking Mirapex and gave me three of hers. My RLS had been getting worse due to my SSRI treatment so my doctor prescribed Pramipexole in a relatively small 0.125 mg dose when needed before bedtime. side effects include:

I’m currently searching for another path towards RLS relief with a different medication.Pramipexole works well but the only negative I would mention is in my experience it takes 90-120 minutes to take effect.
