I started gaining weight on this medication after two months. It’s usually fairly easy for me to lose weight prior to this medication but instead the scale keeps going up. Side effects were way worse on accutane but acne cleared up 100% now. My periods are lighter, I do get headaches, slight mood swings and I have gained a little bit of weight since starting.

I stopped taking the pills on as of June 6...so hopefully these issues will subside..I've had acne my whole life but more so as an adult.
I have slept so much. I took it for 3 weeks. I used to be on Estraylla or whatever, and was switched to Mili. Also noticed an increase in painful acne but not too much. I will talk with my OBGYN to see if I can take a birth control that stops my period, maybe that will stop the spotting.While this drug isn't for everyone it has absolutely changed my life with PCOS.
