There's one thing about those who are affected this way... the weight gain never seems to stop as long as one continues taking it. I have been eating soup, sweet potatoes and ice cream and yogurt.

Keeping in mind I still use the Spiriva in the powder form but In the 6 months since stopping the spray mist form, I feel so much better, I still get the inflammation and bloat but nowhere to the extent of 24/7, 7 days a week that I was for those 10 weeks.
