This site needs JavaScript to work properly. Levaquin rated 5.3/10 vs Zithromax rated 7.2/10 in overall patient satisfaction. I would recommend to help sinus infections, but warning, the side effects are real. The high-dose, short-course levofloxacin regimen maximizes its concentration-dependent antibacterial activity, decreases the potential for drug resistance and has better patient compliance.
